Service was so horrible, the food never came even after 2 hours. We decided to leave early because the food hadn’t come for so long and the waitress showed no sympathy. First and last time I will ever step in that restaurant. Under staffed and long wait for easy-to-make food. Couldn’t provide a large party with service even though we had a reservation!

They claimed they didn’t take open table reservations, that we weren’t supposed to be seated, and that the food was going to be at least an hour. The waitress was also very very rude.

I booked reservations for a party of 10 several days in advance through OpenTable and received a confirmation email. Upon arriving, I said I had reservations; rather than checking, they immediately said “we don’t accept reservations” and kept insisting on it. I showed them my reservation OpenTable confirmation; they didn’t even apologize for their error. Food was okay but customer service was terrible.

They refused to seat me and my party as they claim not to take reservations. Even after I showed them confirmation and spoke to the manager, she aggressively asked me to leave. Do not come here
