I've never had buffalo wings before, these were really good, although luke warm from apparently sitting around a while before we got them. The service was super slow. The waitstaff were pleasant, though. Biggest complaint is that I made a reservation, days in advance, specifically to watch the UFC fights based on the manager telling me that they would be airing them. Ten minutes after we got there we were told they weren't showing the fights.Is this helpful?

I do NOT recommend using OT for a reservation at this BWW. We made a reservation for our family to watch the Michigan Iowa game over dinner. Upon arrival, the hostess said she didn’t know what Open Table is and that they do not honor OT reservations. We tried to talk through this with her but we’re told we could get in line and wait at least 45 minutes. We decided to leave, and unfortunately since it was close to game time, we were not able to find another restaurant with TVs and availability. .Is this helpful?

I showed up for my reservation, was told they do not use Open Table at all, and we had to for a table. Honestly, it was the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. All of the wait staff looked confused and lost the entire time. They would just walk in and out of the back, without food, and never circle to any tables. It took ten minutes for anyone to come talk to ask for our drink order and there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. My husband ordered a beer and it took 15 minutes to get that to the table, and my mixed drink was handed to the wrong table. Twenty minutes later someone finally came to take our order, and in the meantime the table behind us left because their food never arrived after 30 minutes of ordering it. It took 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and no one ever came over to ask if we needed refills or anything else with our meal. We spent 1 hour and 20 minutes in the restaurant because the service was that slow! I do no ever write reviews, but I feel like my experience was so bad that I needed to share my experience.Is this helpful?
