This place isn't what it used to be. Disappointing for an old family favorite. Prime rib was thin and underwhelming unfortunately. Heard it is closing in a few weeks, I can see why.

Friendly wait staff. However, she was very load and announced each tables order in a voice that could be heard across the room. Food was good but expensive. No atmosphere. cramped table when several booths were available. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Very bright room, not very cozy for a nice restaurant. The food was okay but the mashed potatoes were gluey, the salad bar was old and very minimal and the steak couldn't be done as ordered which is unusual for a steak establishment. The service was good.

As always a great experience at Banff's Bumpers Beef House. Tasty food, good deals, impeccable service made our evening. We liked a salad bar and soups.

Salad bar (including soup) was by far one of the best I’ve ever had!! My prime rib was not great, in my opinion it had wayyyyy too much fat on it but some people would like that! Overall, everything was very awesome!
