   C’était notre 3ème fois au Cabaret. Globalement déçue par cette visite. Déjà le prix du menu a vraiment beaucoup augmenté par rapport à leur début, mais passons. Quand on met le prix, on souhaite que nos papilles soient surprises et enchantées. On a connu beaucoup mieux au Cabaret, la fameuse burrata a été remplacée par une ricotta, moins goûteuse. Le pain était un peu sous cuit cette fois-ci et donc très dense. Dommage encore. Quasiment aucun légume dans l’assiette, et ça manquait. On nous a vendu de l’artichaut en accompagnement sur un plat et il s’agissait d’un filet minuscule de purée d’artichaut et honnêtement vu la quantité ça aurait pu être n’importe quoi d’autre car le goût n’est pas ressorti. Il y avait de la recherche dans les plats mais il y avait un goût de ça manque quelque chose. Le service a été aussi terriblement confus et très lent. Déjà plus d’une heure d’attente avant d’avoir le premier plat. On nous a quand même offert un supplément d’option, j’imagine pour compenser le service. La musique aussi est beaucoup trop forte, résultat des courses : tout le monde parle fort et le volume sonore global est donc très élevé, ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Donc au final, quand on cumule tout et pour le prix payé, on a trouvé que ce n’était pas à la hauteur.

   The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend booking the counter as it allows you to interact with the chefs and learn new and interesting things.
