Cafe Amici is a traditional Italian cuisine in Sarasota Fl, since 1996 we offer extensive menu you will enjoy dish from Puglia, Veneto, Tuscany and the Mediterranean shores. There is an eight seat bar with 20 wines by the glass, 300 bottle of wines from all over the world, wine vintage from 1964 thru 2022.

One of my favorite spots in town. Great wine selection. Amazing food. The service is always on point. Can’t recommend it enough!

Our wonderful waitress, Simonetta (her Dad owns the place) was wonderful. We loved the food, the ambiance, the value, and definitely the Tiramisu! We will go again!

Waiter was amazing. I couldn't decide what to have and he took over. Our meals were delicious ( how do you get your pasta to stay so hot). Ambience was romantic as well. I will definitely return.

Arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and was told to return in 30 min because they were running behind due to NYE. When we returned, hostess tried to sit us at a table in the back but was told to move us to a table in the front. We sat down, were given menus and then we were told to move yet again to a table in another room in the back that was not yet set for dinner service. Restaurant was very busy but they did not offer to comp us anything and were treating other guests like an inconvenience. Waiters and bus people did a nice job considering the overcrowded situation. They also had a limited menu which we were not told about beforehand but they did accommodate a special request (lasagna). Food was delicious but we will not be back during special events.

not the best place to go for New years eve VERY loud but I think on any other day would be just fine. Food was good wine list great.
