Brunch was not enjoyable because of the noise level. This space has no acoustics. When you add loud conversations to the mix you can’t hear yourself think. It was early when we arrived and only two other tables occupied, yet the food wasn’t served hot. Our server, however, was attentive and friendly. It’s a cool space. Maybe just soft jazz or some other type of music in the background would be more conducive for brunch. Save live music for Thursday through Saturday. Michelle

Lindsey our server was great! We were a relatively large group and she worked it out very well. The chicken and waffles were excellent! It’s a cute little quaint spot downtown Biloxi. I would definitely visit again.

There was no one at the restaurant. The prices are somewhat higher than I like. However, the food was very good. They should use less tomato in the chicken & sausage gumbo.

An excellent dining experience! Highly recommended. The cooking is professional, and 'adjustments' can be made. I didn't want my entree with Bell peppers, and the chef accomodated. Menu choices are varied & interesting. I believe all menu items are cooked from scratch. This is a BYOB place, however Cafe 871 will provide glasses. The wait-staff is appropriately accommodating & pleasant. The musician was too loud for the room, however, we managed to communicate at tge table with some adjustment. There are many good restaurants in this general area, but Cafe 871 is an excellent choice because of it's varied menu and high quality food preparation. Further, I enjoy the BYOB matter because I can provide my own, favorite wines. Do yourself a favor, take pleasure in a unique Biloxi dining experience at Cafe 871!

The menu looked great, however, the waffles were tough and hard to chew - I didn't eat mine. The chicken was really good. I wouldn't recommend right now - hoping they will get better.

We went for Sunday brunch and found it to be a delightful experience! The service was extremely attentive while the chicken and waffle was, without a doubt, the most delicious, decadent, meal I have EVER tasted! I would highly recommend the restaurant.
