   Restaurant and hostess service was great - service at beach club was beyond bad. Frankly they should start from scratch and rebuild the beach service with staff that actually want to work. Says open until 6 and at 4pm service was more attuned to shutting down than serving guests. Inside hostess and wait staff engaging, helpful and attentive.

   Our server Shomo was very engaging and attentive. He provided awesome recommendations for both food and drink, and even got not one, but both mixologists to come to our table to find out exactly what we wanted to drink. Overall we had a great time!

   I wouldn’t recommend, maybe it was a bad night? We asked to change table but we were told the one we wanted was going to be made into a bigger table with other tables, however the table was empty all night apart from a couple sitting in it when we left. Service was sloppy, waited ages for drinks and bill, Food was cold apart from chips. Ice cream was served 10 minutes before other desserts. We should have complained but we didn’t as we were with friends and didn’t want to make a fuss. Expensive for cold food!

   We made another reservation after enjoying the Surf and Turf option on a previous visit. Our friends also ordered this option on our second visit, due to the way we had described the meal and unfortunately on our second visit the meal was not as previously prepared. Previously the steak was cooked as per our request with seasoning this time there appeared no seasoning just a sprig of rosemary on top. Another friend ordered the steak, with fries and onion rings, but their food was not on the pass at the same time as ours. When the meal was delivered to the table, we were half way through our meals and the steak arrived on its own, the onion rings followed a few minutes later, but were not cooked to the same standard as the Surf and Turf onion rings, they appeared to be an after thought as some were not cooked through and the fries had obviously been forgotten completely. The steak again was unseasoned. Therefore our second experience did not match our first which was disappointing, however the staff cannot be faulted for their welcoming and friendliness, the waiter soon arranged an alternative as an apology for the lack of fries. Whilst the restaurant and location, together with the staff is good, the meals need to be consistent in their delivery.
