                                                                                    Get the pepperoni pizza with stracciatella! It was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The restaurant was lovely, a little loud but we really enjoyed it.

                                                                                    Excellent, but the absence of Italian bread such as previously provided at Campiello's was disappointing. We had always enjoyed the bread, but in recent years have not ordered it because we don't like the current offering. Additionally, there had been no charge for it in the past. Other than the bread issue, everything was wonderful.

                                                                                    Just not what it used to be. Campiello has been a favorite of ours for almost 20 years and I requested the back courtyard on the reservation made weeks ago and we arrived 30 minutes early to again make this request. The unfriendly, zero smile, not dressed for job hostess couldn’t honor our request. The balsamic glazed beef ,it used to be made with short rib, but now is a dry piece of pot roast. The veal Milanese was overcooked to a dark brown and the salad on top lacked flavor/dressing. The best bite of the night was the bread service.
