Acute attention to detail is employed in all aspects from the private dining rooms to the menu and the table settings...Canterbury Royale boasts a lovely collection of silver including a five arm candelabra centerpiece from England, a seven arm floor candelabra from france and silver dating to the 1800's... Canterbury Royale 's dining rooms are created, built, painted and handcarved by the chefs. Canterbury Royale offers course dining allowing guests to sample many dishes from France... We offer one large dining room able to accomodate 17 or two/three smaller dining rooms able to accomodate smaller parties each and the niche. The niche is a small private romantic room for 2 including a fireplace and handcarving....
