    We had a great experience for dinner at Capra Toro. The waitress was very nice and the service was efficient. The food was incredible, we ordered the eggplant parmigiana and the pasta "funghi della vita" and finished off with a tiramisù, which was one of the best I've ever had. Overall, the food is amazing, the ambiance is nice and the service is great! We will go back.

    The food was good, but unfortunately the drinks ridiculously overpriced and the service was bizarre. Even though it was an almost empty restaurant, the hostess brought us to the back of the building in a dark corner behind the staff seating.

    Despite booking “counter seating” unfortunately my party was seated in what the hostess described as “overflow seating.” This turned out to be in a basement room that was very spartan, had exposed and dusty BX cable across the ceiling, and a speaker playing music which changed its volume unpredictably from very quiet to extremely loud. Servers did their best and the food was enjoyable. But ambience was counter to my $16 glass of red wine.
