   Best dinner we ate in Cabo. Onion appetizer is a ‘must try’ dish; corn was good and the short rib was outstanding. Highly recommended.

   Dishes are creative. Best onion I ever had in my life…ambience is unique and dish presentation is beautiful. Price is similar to Bay Area and not cheap

   We had perfect time in CarbónCabrón! We ordered chef’s special. It’s like the mystery trip! We must come Cabo again for it! Also hostess took wonderful photos for us!!!!

   This is a very unique restaurant in every way. We consider ourselves true foodies and have never experienced anything like it. The ambiance created by its firewood lined partitions, brick walls and open kitchen dominated by it mesquite fired grill create an extraordinary ambience. The blackened tempura onions should not be missed. There were many excellent seafood options. We chose the seared hamachi. We also shared the very impressive espresso rubbed kurobuto pork with fermented apple relish. The also make very intriguing cocktails that complement the food beautifully. If you like mezcal, we recommend the Averno. We can’t wait to return on our next trip.

    Hands down best meal I’ve had this year, maybe longer! From the ambiance to the service it was 4 stars even before I took a bite-Vinnie was the best! To say the food was amazing is an understatement. The presentation takes you in and it doesn’t disappoint. Will definitely be back.
