Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. Guests can dine on baked jumbo shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta , the classic chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi. Artisanal pizza, calzones, and paninis. Awsome Gluten-free options are also available.

Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. It has an awesome bar scene and an extensive wine list. Carelli's restaurant features daily fresh fish specials.

    Food was amazing, make reservations because it was very packed and they were turning people away. Also check the bar if you don’t make reservations, they don’t offer it to you.

    We are from out of town and ate here for the first time last night. It was really good. We celebrated and early Thanksgiving dinner here. It was great.

    Beautiful restaurant. Great atmosphere. Wait staff was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Food was solid Italian, but not exceptional. Good value.

    We Texan parents were helping our young son out settling in with his new job. After doing some laundry at a nearby laundromat. We decided to grab a bite at the last minute and used OpenTable. Lo and behold we found a real nice gem! The Chicken Marsala was amazing and my wife enjoyed the angel hair pasta with garlic. It was a nice pleasant dinner thanks to the hard working staff of your establishment! We will come back with our son!

    I went with a friend for Happy Hour, and the food menu only had a few very small appetizers—not enough to call dinner, which I always do at Happy Hours all across town. I love the restaurant and food, but I don't like having to order from the full-price menu for dinner—it defeats the purpose of going during Happy Hour!
