M Sushi Cary is Michael Lee's second location dedicated to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small, purposeful, and uses only very special seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine. We specialize in traditional nigiri and sashimi courses in addition to a once in a lifetime Grand Omakase. M Sushi was ranked in 2022 in OpenTable's top 100 restaurants in American. Also, the only restaurant to make the list from North Carolina.

We loved the valentines day experience. We opted for the beverage pairing and did not regret it! We do wish we took a picture of the beverage menu because everything was excellent!

Very up scale sushi bar/restaurant. We only ordered from the menu. There is a more expensive tier option where sushi chef hand picks and makes for you which we did not do. Good for date/special occasion. Everyday sushi spot not so much. Have had just as good for cheaper.

Food was good. Belly fat tuna was the best, $3 for a drink and no free refills is a little crazy to me. I would think there would be more food for the price. Walked away hungry after eating two sushi rolls and an order of belly fat tuna. Sat us at the entrance, very cold with everyone coming in and out.

Delicious sushi experience! We sat at the sushi bar; everything was made in front of us and set in front of us by the sushi chefs when it was ready. Everything was so fresh and was made so quickly. Definitely our new go-to sushi spot!

M Sushi offers an exceptional dining experience, easily surpassing Nobu in my opinion. The quality of the sushi is unmatched, making it the best in the RDU area. Every bite showcased the freshest ingredients, masterful preparation, and a perfect balance of flavors. From the ambiance to the service, everything was top-tier. I’m truly grateful for such a phenomenal meal—this was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!
