   The upside: The food is absolutely incredible, each bite was exquisite. We got the lobster wonton tacos, the smoked swordfish dip and the hot stone tenderloin and they were all excellent. The downside: everything is quite pricey and the portions are very small. This is not a place to come if you're really hungry, unless you 're prepared to drop a few hundred dollars. The service was just OK, the menu is a little unusual and we had to really pry an explanation out of our server. They also add an automatic 18% gratuity, so be aware of that.

   We were first introduced to Robert Sandoval in Denver, with his restaurant Zengo and absolutely loved. We were sad to Zengo close. But we were over the moon when we had this trip to Chicago planned and reconnecting with Robert via Casa Chi. The food was absolutely amazing. Our server, Sunny, was very helpful with guiding us thru the menu. We took all of his recommendations and they didn't disappoint. He made the experience so pleasant and enjoyable for our party. If we make it back to Chicago, we will definitely be back!

   Two nights in a row we had thee ultimate experience at Casa Chi! From the best margaritas to the most incredibly tasty little bites that exploded in your mouth. The topper to great food & drink was their music which had me dancing in my seats. A special shout out to the phenomenal staff & engaging manager that set up "our spot" next to the window. This is a hidden gem more people need to frequent. Get the guac, ceviche, lobster tacos & every drink. Cheers Casa Chi 🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂

   Food was good, not great. Very confusing menu with how the hot stone options are priced, be careful when choosing the ounces. Service was ok, never filled water, had to ask. Kept dirty plates on the table. For the menu prices I expected better. Maybe happy hour is the better choice for this restaurant. Would not eat here again.

   Each and every dish was exciting, fresh and delicious. We tried the Yuzu lemon desert, which was also outstanding and looked beautiful. The coctails were good, but quite pricy, since we missed the Happy Hours. The music was extremely loud, even outdoors. Indoors would't be possible to keep a conversation with a group of friends.

   Outstanding. Interactive and fun experience!!! Service, ambiance, cocktails and food are top notch. There is Margarita cocktail hour daily 3-5 and DJ every Thursday 3-7. Great spot to visit in the heart of the Mag Mile!!

    Excellent mezcal margaritas, small plates, and quality Wagu, which I enjoyed cooking at table to just the right temperature. My server was so attentive and was essentially a mezcal sommelier.
