Family of Iaccarino honors the culinary heritage of the Campania region, with seasonal ingredients that closely resemble the sun-kissed produce harvested at the Iaccarino family’s farm. Food was amazing as always, but the service was not great. We arrived @ 8:10 for a party of two 8:15 reservation. We finally left there @ 11:23pm. It took a while for the hostess to come to the station to check us in and take our coats. They said our table would be ready in just a few minutes. So we sat at the bar for 45min before finally getting to our table, which I believe the delay was we were forgotten about. After finally getting to our table, the entire service was just slow…drinks, refills, ordering, and finally receiving our food. When we left, the valet either lost the ticket we gave them or forgot about us. 30 min later we had to ask what had happened and finally got our car then immediately. We usually are fine with a nice leisurely pace for a night out, but over 3 hours is excessive for just about anyone.

Beyond Excellent. Casa should have a Michelin Star. It IS that good. Service, cocktails, wine list, menu , quality and presentation and incredibly attentive service. Outstanding from start to finish.

Food was ok. Had the ravioli which was undercooked, chewy. Either had been under the heat lamps and had completely dried out or hadn’t been cooked enough. Very disappointing

Overall it was a nice dining experience and the food was good, but probably not up to expectations given the price point. We sat at the bar for a more casual vibe. The drinks were great, but the bar staff was not very attentive as it seemed like they were very busy with other orders. We ended up only having a drink a piece due to this. If I were to come back, I would try a regular table for better service.

2nd visit to Don Alfonso and the meal was outstanding. Ordered Local Lettuce salad, Lasagna bolognese, and the Polpette in polenta passata. The colors, presentation, and flavor of these creatively prepared dishes was skilled. The manager from their Sorrento, Italy restaurant was on hand the evening we dined and offered warm hospitality and a welcome to visit them in Sorrento.
