   Service was poor - they forgot one persons meal and it took 35minutes to come out. Offered a limoncello as an apology which we declined. Was charged for the entire meal - which was average at best.

   The Cassa is very quickly becoming one of our favourite restaurants. Delicoius food. Great service. Wonderful ambience & OMG the mandarin limoncello! (Mandarincello?) Divine!! Grazie mille

   Amazing wine bar! Brilliant authentic Roman selection of food and outstanding choice of wine. Will recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic wine bar in Richmond or Melbourne :)

   The food is exquisite, with standout dishes like the perfectly seared scallops and melt-in-your-mouth beef tenderloin. The service is top-notch, with staff who are warm, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended for a memorable meal! ❤️❤️

   Arrived and sat upstairs on same table as 4 others. Ordered bread and anchovies which were presented in a tin! Had to wait well over 45 mins to an hour for main course even though others who arrived after us got their mains. When food did arrive it was a poor combination of couple of prawns in. Not so al dente pasta. Tiramisu was good though. Staff seemed disorganised.

   Delicious dinner and fantastic service from happy staff. Nothing was a problem. Knowledgeable assistance given when asked for assistance selecting an Italian wine. Chef sent out a little amuse bouche and a little biscuit was offered at the end of the meal both of which were appreciated. Menu was well designed and simple. Pasta Loli with prawns was lovely. It was lovely to be looked after by those who are truly happy to be in hospitality.

   We enjoyed a casual dinner with friends in the outdoor area at the front of the restaurant on a beautiful summer's evening. The Roman rice balls and mushroom trifolati were excellent starters to share. The gnocchi was sublime, special of the night was home made pesto sauce. Scallopini was very tasty and enjoyable, The Borgo Paglianetto white wine which was very enjoyable. The staff were so attentive and helpful despite being very busy. We will definitely be back

    What a fantastic addition to Swan Street! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. I honestly couldn't fault anything about our experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
