                                                                              The food was overpriced for what we got - steak was overcooked and not a good cut- service was very good but I had to send my food back and was not offered anything to make up for the inconvenience. Very disappointed.

                                                                              Great food and service! The thing we were disappointed was that there’s literally no holiday decors. We used to go here for special occasions and usually theyre all decked up even for other seasons like valentines, summer, etc.. Still amazing ambience but no holiday feel.

                                                                              Part of this is on the server who went missing for large amounts of time and managed to get 2 of 5 orders completely incorrectly ordered. The rest of it resides on the fact that the pricing of the menu should reflect a higher standard of food quality and service delivery. They are overpriced for what is offered on both here in my opinion. Nice setting and location.

                                                                              We arrived early for our reservation and was promptly seated. Once seated we waited for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging us, prompting us to request a manager. When the manager arrived, he said he would look into it, and asked if we wanted to stay, or change servers. We chose to stay, though it was never made clear who our original server was supposed to be. The hostess was friendly and stated she started 3 days ago. We are unsure if she put us in a section with no server was assigned or what happened. However, it was a slow night and there were a number of servers who passed by but did not help. While Richard, our new server, was nice and professional, the manager could have demonstrated a greater level of care and professionalism. A brief follow-up to ensure we were being taken care of would have gone a long way. Instead, his response felt dismissive, as though he simply wanted to move past our situation without addressing it fully. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing, especially on a night we had been looking forward to. Hopefully, this can be addressed by general management.

                                                                              Food and service was good, not great. Not sure what all the hype is about for this place. Great atmosphere and $45-$55 entrees does not make a restaurant great. The food quality, selections and service justify a $30 a plate price. The tiramisu tastes like it had been frozen and the options for anyone desiring gluten free are very limited. This seems like the cool place to post meal pictures on social media vs actually being a great restaurant.
