   I really enjoyed our dinner on that evening. Castello's service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. However, I was not satisfied in paying $36.00 for 7 regular cokes that I have ordered. I was unaware that I was being charged for each drink and thought that soft drinks were bottomless as it is in other establishments. As a professional in the financial services industry, I have to say that I have never seen this before. It shows the restaurants quality and integrity. Staff should have made me aware after the 3rd or 4th soft drink. This does not represent class at all, it represents greed. I have been to this establishment for corporate dinners and will be making the corporations aware of this. Outside of this, I did, during both dinner events, enjoyed the food.

   I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I first met the owner at the bridal show in Jan 2025 and she was so kind and sweet. She invited me to check out her restaurant for small events. I had been here plenty of times before, but she said they had renovated so I decided to try it for my engagement dinner. I have never been so disappointed and embarrassed for my guests and I wish I could take the whole night back. First the service was awful - our waiter made no effort to get to know us or congratulate us on our engagement, despite reminding the host and mentioning it on the phone twice. The service was slow & every request was denied. We asked to change the tv channel, for butter with our bread, & for accommodations - all were ignored. Then we get to the menu. We had our dinner on Feb 15 and I was very disappointed to see that they were serving Valentine’s day menus the day after. I was even more disappointed that the restaurant failed to mention this, despite the fact that I had called in twice, booked online & this information was never shared. The reality was the menu was so incredibly limited that there was almost no choice. We were excited to try some pizzas & not a single one was offered on their limited valentines menu - and this is supposed to be an Italian place. I could understand if the restaurant was packed, but honestly it was dead inside due to the snow storm. They could have easily accommodated our requests. Then we go to order & it’s a disaster. This restaurant is operating without beer, and iced tea. The cocktails were watery & they didn’t even have a kids menu! I watched my nephew sit through the meal hungry because they couldn’t do a simple tomato sauce. The valentine booth was a fun surprise. The food was decent enough but not worth all the difficulty they put us through. I am so disappointed that what was supposed to be a special milestone for my fiancé and I has been clouded by these memories of a terrible experience. Truly embarrassing.

   Castello had a very limited menu. Did not even remotely reflect the menu that could be found online but was not advised of this when making my reservation. Staff seemed to not even know where the bathroom was. Overall a very poor experience. Food was far below standard.

   It was great only tho g was that I was really dark had a hard time seeing what was in the menu, other then that it was great.

   Food and service was excellent. Venue great. Very disappointed in our cocktails (Sex on the Beach and a Whisky Sour), very much watered down, if there was actually half ounce of alcohol in each I would be greatly surprised. Felt we paid $35 dollars for flavoured water.

   No where on their website or social media did they indicate they had a special menu with limited items for Valentine’s Day. Mismanagement.

   Appetizers were a little pricey and pasta dishes were on the small side. Pizza was delicious. I might go back.

    Disappointed with my experience here. Called to make a reso for NYE and asked to have menu shared (which was shared), however when we arrived, the NYE menu was only 1/4 of the regular menu. Resto was not overly booked but took forever to get service. Seemed like the people working, that is was their first day on the job. Disorganized, not attentive, slow.
