Established in 2014 and reopened in 2022 with a reimagined interior, seasonal menu, and unique cocktail program, Causwells is a neighborhood American bistro rooted in the northern California style of cooking. Chef Adam Rosenblum draws from his diverse background to create a comforting menu that spotlights local, seasonal ingredients influenced by classic American dishes, European inspiration, and the American South. The cocktail menu from Beverage Director and Managing Partner Elmer Mejicanos redefines the American bistro, pulling inspiration from reimagined classics to seasonal offerings, to tableside experiences.                                                                     Went to this restaurant for the hamburger; but was totally amazed at the biscuit with gravy and the banana bread with mascarpone and chocolate sauce! Would definitely go there again for the biscuit and the banana bread - both were superb!

A little more flavor would help (in the patty) + extra $ for fry supplement.. $80+ for 2 burgers w/ fries (one w/ bacon) and a Caesar salad. Service very slow despite not being 100% busy. Better burger at Wayfare (same price and tastier), Super Duper (better bang for buck).

                                                                    Came in with a hankering for a burger. Got the Fancy Pants and added bacon and a fried egg. Was delicious and killed the craving. I will say it was a bit pricey but was delicious nonetheless.
