I made a reservation a day prior, the next day I was on my way to the restaurant and I called to move my reservation up by 15 mins when they informed me that the restaurant was closed. While the man I was on call with was helpful and helped me make reservations at other places, when I visited soho house physically as the call got abruptly cut, I got welcomed by an arrogant lady who was convinced she had called and informed me about the closing of the red herself. When I told her she did not, she sent someone to check the call logs and told me either ways I could not enter the premises at any cost, she had no apologetic or empathetic bone in her entire body. Fortunately, the man I was on call with appeared and offered us water and all, then made a reservation for me elsewhere. Overall my perception is that this place has some real un trained and horrible staff, and they definitely need to work a lot on their organisation skills.
