Food was amazing! We had the ribeye and skirt steak, with creamed spinach and baked potato. All dishes cooked with perfection. For dessert we had the tiramisu cake served with espresso gelato. Service was also great, Highly recommend!

as always, a great experience. For 630 on Wednesday night there we’re a decent number of tables already seated, which says a lot. I had New York strip my brother had fillet both done to perfection sides were great. The service was efficient and unobtrusive, which was perfect for the type of dinner we were having as usual I look forward to my next dining experience here.

The food and service are always outstanding so we always choose Cellaio. There are not many restaurants to choose from at Resorts Catskill but thankfully they have Cellaio!!!
