Ceres Distilling Co is a family owned Craft Distillery named after the hamlet of Ceres. Ceres, located close to Geelong was settled in 1830 and has a significant agricultural history.

We offer a range of our signature gins, tasting paddle, cocktails and food that focused on small local producers. Simple and tasty finger food. We will add to our offer shortly an experience of making your own gin.
Located on warehouse complex in Grovedale, you can enjoy your gin experience right next to impressive distillery set ups.

The food here was fabulous. We shared a charcuterie board and then a few very tasty pizzas. We all had different drinks and everyone enjoyed them. I wanted to try something different and the young man working there, listened to what I like, then proceeded to make me a wonderful gin cocktail. The prices were great too. This distillery is hidden away in Grovedale, but I'd recommend it in a heartbeat

We enjoyed a really pleasant few hours working our way through the menu, both food and drinks! The pizzas are tasty and filling, the Camembert was delicious. This is a nice little bolt hole tucked away with welcoming hosts and is a great way to relax. It’s superbly appointed and hopefully will be supported.

Absolutely loved everything about this place, the decor is sublime, so beautiful.! The pizza was delicious we got a second one, we loved our dry gins. The bill was super cheap, we Absolutely will be back. thank you

We had such a lovely let afternoon catch up with friends. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Prices are good and the gin is delicious.
