Cha Bella is a unique restaurant in Savannah. Almost all our of our menu is sourced from within driving distance of our restaurant. We are proud to partner with local farmers and fishermen to bring you wild caught local seafood and organic farm-raised beef, poultry, vegetables, fruits, eggs and cheese. We also offer world-class wines, craft beers, and unique cocktails.

Our menu features the culinary creations of Chef Candice Carver who focuses on an American menu with ingredients from the best local purveyors brought directly to your table. In addition to our menu, we offer seasonal specials to highlight seasonally available ingredients.

Enjoy local, seasonal fare outdoors on our romantic and heated patio. We provide a more casual atmosphere on our patio — projecting movies on our wall paired with music from our favorite playlists.

If you are looking for a large party reservation for more than 14 guests, please call the restaurant or email Candice at chabellacatering@gmail.com.

I am not sure where to start. Reservation only price fixed dinner. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 1 hour to sit down. Staff was kind but everything was a hot mess from check in to dinner. Waited 30 minutes between courses. Food had to be returned because it was not cooked at all and was honestly mediocre. Obviously understaffed because the hostess was clearing tables as she seated parties. We will not be returning.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and had made reservations for Cha Bella. It took an hour to get our appetizer, which was a sad excuse for a Charcuterie board (a few crackers, piece of cheese, two small pieces of salami and a tsp of honey), and another hour to get our meal, which was just ok quality and the food was only warm, not hot. Our desert took another 30 minutes which was the smallest piece of pie I’ve ever seen. This was a Pre-fix costing $95/pp for small portions and poor quality, and took three hours total. We have traveled all over the world, and this was the worst food experience we have had to date.

Food flavor was good but the wait between courses was long, not impressive menu for the value. We did have a great experience in our first visit.

Very good food and nice choices, great service. It was Thanksgiving - reservations only, which we had. However, it seemed like they overbooked. We were finally seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. It took an hour to get our soup & salad and very long waits between courses. We were not out of there for over three hours! We’d try it again on a non-holiday night.

I ordered my thanksgiving dinner at 3:30 I didn’t get my meal till 5. I was told the kitchen was backed up I I was told to order all my plates at once. I paid 130.00 for my thanksgiving dinner and it was terrible plus the service was terrible the staff were running around overwhelmed so if you asked for anything the face they made it was like the end of the world. I will not be returning which is sad because the reviews online were great

We understand that it was Thanksgiving, however there is no excuse for being told to wait outside for 30 minutes beyond our reservation time. The bar area was reserved to seat more people and we were told we could not go there. We weren't alone, there were another dozen guests doing the same. Once seated and ordered, it took another 30 minutes for our salad, and 30 more for our main courses. The salads were wilted and the meals were cold and terrible. The owners and managers should be ashamed. With the built in mandatory tip, we spent $270 for the 2 of us on perhaps the worst meal that we can ever recall. The waiter was very pleasant, but the girl at the hostess stand was visibly shaken and did not know how to handle the delays. Could not have been more disappointed.

This place is not good and you should avoid it at all costs. They were over booked and under staffed. It is obvious they only care about making money. The food quality was poor and the service was terrible. We just finished a 3 hour dinner and most of that time was spent waiting on service with empty water glasses and cold food on our plates. There are far better places to enjoy dinner. Stay home.

Made reservations for Thanksgiving Day 2024. Arrived on time. Sat on time. Restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed. Drinks and bread did not arrive until 1.25 hours after being sat. Food was average at best. Restaurant was dirty with restrooms (women's) in disrepair. Server and hostess tried their best. Would not recommend.

The squash soup was not soup at all. Very tasty, but very, very thick. The bread was very dry and crumbly. Over all—- for the price—-very disappointed.

We’ve eaten here before and everything was fabulous, but I wouldn’t recommend going for the Thanksgiving dinner. Food was not good - soup was cold and more like a thick puree, dinner wasn’t hot, dessert was just awful. The worst part was the timing … I don’t think the restaurant was prepared bc it took forever to get food. Server was great but think they were understaffed? We would go back, bc typically everything is fantastic (that’s why I picked the place for the holiday). Hoping this was just a fluke.
