   We are frequent customers at Chama Gaucha. We went for my boyfriends birthday , our experience this time was even better than times before and it honestly was from Gaucho, Alejandro. He paid great attention to how we liked our meats cooked and never brought over meat that wasn’t how we liked it, he was professional , kind and really made the dining experience next level with his great attention to detail and table side manners. Management also did a fantastic job checking in with us throughout to ensure everything was meeting our expectations and the busier paid great attention to our needs as well.    The service and food were excellent! We have visited multiple times and each time we go it gets better. They offered us some cheese triangles that were very delicious. I love the chimichurri set up. We'll ve back sooner than later. Everything was top notch

   I had a birthday dinner with my friends and family .. we had a wonderful night .. salad, meats, drinks and desserts were well prepared , nicely crafted .. and the service were top of the notch !! You cannot go wrong with Chama for any event !! I am sure we are going back …

   The service is always 5 star here however the meats tasted very bland today especially the picanha which generally is the best tasting in my opinion, we have been dining here for over a decade and I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have had an Off night tonight, but all of the meats were lacking the very tasty seasoning that they are known for.
