   He ido 5 veces pero ayer me decepcionó, solicitamos 3 platillls de la carta de los cuales 2 no los tenían, tampoco ya hacen el postre pavlova…. No me encantó, me queda claro que hay que ir viernes y sábados que hay show y posiblemente tengan la carta completa…

   I am very familiar with the RosaNegra family of restaurants. I have been to many over the years. This experience was horrible. The most surprising aspect of this is that the restaurant was not even busy. There was no reason for bad service! Once we ordered our food and after waiting a long time, we received everything. Appetizers, salad, steak, fish, etc. all at one time. We brought this to the waiters attention but didn't really get any answer. We also were suppose to get our salad made "table side" yet it wasn't. On top of that, the waiter really didn't understand what we were ordering at the time of the order. Now I will say that we are all English speaking but I went to the extent of using google translate and he still miss-understood my order and brought an additional filet to our table. The icing on the cake is when we received our check, we tipped 10% (which was more than others at our table wanted to give based on the poor service) and both the waiter and maître d rolled their eyes at us. They were also very rude and ignored us as we all left even when everyone at the table said goodbye to them. Haven't been treated like this ever at a restaurant I paid almost $1,000 USD on a dinner. The icing on the cake is when one of our group stayed back to talk with the maitre d to express his disappointment, the maitre d said "I guess your wiater must have had a bad day". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

   No muy buena experiencia, de la mayoría de los platillos que pedimos no habían, terminé comiendo una hamburguesa y bastante x , el juego de carne , arrachera y el sashimi de atún bien sin ser nada extraordinario para lo que se paga. Probablemente en la noche el ambiente sea mejor …

   Service was awful. My pasta arrived cold. The waiter never checked in on us. Even asking for the check was an ordeal. They also tacked on a 15% tip without asking. I had it removed. Overall, a disappointing experience. Will not go back there again.

   La comida, el lugar y el servicio dentro del restaurante excelente! El platillo del mamut super recomendable! Dónde veo oportunidad es en el servicio previo, dos horas marcando al teléfono del restaurante y nunca contestaron, pregunte por WhatsApp y dos horas para responder y con faltas de ortografía y sin decir buenas tardes. Llegue al restaurante y 20 minutos para que llegara el valet. La carta de los vinos no dice el vino a tomar y los precios muy elevados.

   El ambientes es agradable, la atención es muy buena, amables, te dan tu espacio y comes a tu tiempo sin presiones. La comida es muy buena y las porciones adecuadas.

   Volví después de un par de años y una absoluta decepción. Retiraron de su carta productos estrella, les faltaban cosas del menú y al servicio había que recordarles las cosas. Grupo Rosa Negra se ha vuelto una masa homogénea con el mismo menú en todos lados sin un valor realmente distintivo por el precio
