   I loooove coming to Chaplin. This last visit was disappointing. Since I come from a lone line of service workers, it was always ingrained that you should never send your food back. I always order the Chaplin burger when I dine there as it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. Until last night. You could tell my burger was cooked perfectly but it was probably sitting for a while because it was COLD. I could barely finish it and the server was astonished when I told him I was finished and did not need a box because most of my burger was still on the plate. So I basically dined there and paid for having company, the amazing French onion soup and the glasses of wine but the burger was REALLY BAD last night. Please put some quality controls around the food because there is absolutely no way a quality checker would've allowed that to go out last night. I want to come back and I want at least a warm burger.

   This was our fourth visit to Chaplin and they continue to impress. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, steak tartare, sea bass and duck confit. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The drink menu is thoughtful and we enjoyed a well made martini and manhattan.

   Our Chaplin experience was really terrific! Everything by was absolutely amazing and our server (Peter?) was awesome. Everything we ate and drank was superb. I can’t wait to go back!

   Absolutely love Chaplin. Not sure if this was an off night, but our food took two hours to get to our table. I am guessing our waitress forgot to put the order in, but one would think that when two employees came to the table to apologize that someone would have at least brought some bread. Food and drinks were great. The heaters on the outside patio either have a “hell” setting or off. Be weary if you are a generally warm warm person.

    Amazing as usual. I met a friend to celebrate her birthday. It was her first time there and she was impressed. The service was friendly and not rushed. Amanda, our server did an awesome job. The food was delicious. The steak tartar is my favorite, and it did not disappoint. Always a great meal at Chaplin.
