Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     There were six of us. We had a reservation and arrived on time. At first, we were told there were no available tables in the dining room and they tried to sit us in the bar area. But we talked to the manager, Theresa, who was great and found us a nice round table in the dining room. The steaks are very pricey. I got the dry aged ribeye, which was $95, but it was unbelievable. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of smoke. It's possibly one of the best steaks I've ever had

    The food and service were phenomenal. Steve, our waiter, was great at explaining all our choices and giving us different options, if needed. A must for us when visiting Orlando is Charley’s Steak House. The Chateaubriand filet was the best I have ever had and we’ve been to many great restaurants!!

    Charley’s always has great steaks. Even though mine was a little over this time, food did not disappoint. Service could have been better instead of pushing every item on the menu

    Great evening staring the holidays off celebrating with friends and family. The food was delicious. We had steaks and lobster and the team even made amazing custom ice cream sundaes for our kids. It was everything we hoped for and more for our special occasion!

    Our waiter was good just busy Vey knowledgeable just kept forgetting things I ordered his partner kept filling in But I never got my cherries I ordered But food was Great Husband loved the watermelon martini Great Birthday Dinner
