    Service was mediocre - server missed items repeatedly, soup not warm, extra plates not placed for sharing, forgetting bread, etc Food was fine Although location is amazing and views are spectacular the restaurant itself lacked ambiance. Lighting inadequate for a seafood/steak restaurant, too open and reminiscent of an average eating establishment.

    Food was wonderful. We had fish and prime rib, I thoroughly enjoyed the prime rib and my husband’s black cod was excellent also. Server was great, but other support staff could have been more attentive. Dishes sat around after eating and water were not refilled promptly-had to ask several times. At this caliber restaurant I hope for better service. There were also 5-6 booths unbussed when we arrived and we had to wait 10 minutes to be sat. I didn’t see anyone leave, but I saw waitstaff not carrying anything as they passed by-this needs to be addressed so atmosphere remains stellar to match the food. Beautiful view. Food was very good.

    When we arrived, they could not find our reservation. That was the only problem. Personally, I think the hostess missed it

    The experience and food was very good.... but I had a coupon for 20% off which they didn't honor because I was using a gift card... even though the coupon didn't say that. I paid for my friend and myself and the bill came to around 65.00 for lunch and she ordered an entree. At another time we were there for christmas dinner and had a reservation for 6.30 and didn't get seated till 7.10 and some of us are elderly and can't always stand for very long.... but it was Christmas.

    Excellent lunch at Chart House! Great window table and beautiful views of the ocean and waves. The food was perfect freely prepared and served with pride. Our server, Bianca was fabulous and helpful with menu items and photos of our birthday celebration. Very Appreciated!! As usual Chart House delivers on all fronts! Bravo!!

    Steak was not cooked right , not enough servers took long time to get service and food . Drink didn’t seem to have liquor in it
