   The seating was very cramped. The food was good but not exceptional. Service was so-so. Drinks were okay. It’s a good restaurant but not extraordinary. The fish tank there is incredible though.

   Over all it was good but the music was too loud to really enjoy a conversation. The music wasn’t background dinner music.

   Went to Chart House for Valentine's Day. Read the reviews and was really looking forward to eating some seafood, which I read the Chart House was known for. Ordered the Sea Bass, but was very disappointed! The Sea Bass was rubbery, hard that I had to actually cut it with a knife and had NO flavor. Ended up not even eating it after two bites. Luckily there was some lobster risotto underneath it, so basically that was my dinner. Definitely not worth $65.00 for that dish! Too many places to eat in Las Vegas, will not be returning to the Chart House!

   Prime rib and seafood platter was awesome!!! My first experience with Chilean Sea bass was good as well. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The prices were comparable! I will be back!

   It was a crowded hotel and the restaurant was busy but they were very accommodating of separate checks

   The Chart House was the perfect place for a wonderful Valentines dinner. The only thing that we didn't like was the overhead music was a bit loud for fine dining.

    Had the prime rib. It was cooked to perfection. Loved the large aquarium. Attentive waitstaff anticipated our needs.
