We’ve been coming here for years but the last 2 times we have eaten here in a 30 day span, the food has been terrible. I don’t know if they have a new head chef or change in management but something has got to change. We won’t be coming back for awhile. Filet was undercooked like previous experience (almost raw) with lots of gristle and wife’s mahi was served cold and very bland. Truffle butter for steak served on the side instead of melted on the steak and it was cold and gooey. Even had to ask for a steak knife. Come on Chart House Golden! You are way better than this!!

The Charthouse is a lovely spot. Beautiful views of downtown Denver from the dining room and a great patio that has a firepit. Host was friendly and seated us relatively promptly. The food was excellent, filet and prime rib cooked to order, calamari was tender and nicely fried with veggies and asian rice. Chocolate lava cake was sumptuous. The bad - service was slow. It took very long to get our drinks. Probably need more staffing. The restaurant is pricey, all told about $100 a person with drinks.

Food was disappointing, service as well. Ordered Elk medium, first came well done then rare. Once cooked right, had no flavor and everything else on the plate cold. My friend and husband got the trout, neither like it, one sent it back.

My food was totally over cooked tip the point I couldn’t eat it. Then the waiter rarely checked on us. I had to hunt him down multiple times. So disappointing

Very good experience this time at this Chart House. Friendly bartender, Sophia, our waiter read the table and could see we were talking and gave us the time and space to order on our timeline and didn't rush us. The salad bar was kept stocked unlike some previous visits. Very good meal and up to CH standards.

Had a reservation (5 people) for 5:45p to celebrate a birthday. Great window table was all set up for us. Our server (Son) was knowledgeable and efficient. He was there when we needed him, but not checking too much. Drinks and food were excellent, and our lava cake had a candle in it upon arrival. We can highly recommend this location!! We will be back.
