   Beautiful time for my nephews birthday dinner! All our food from the blackened swordfish to the lobster tails was excellent!!! And of course the personalized Menus were the nicest touch. Our favorite family get together restaurant!

   Chart House is always great and you can count on exceptional service. The parking / valet situation is a mess however. Often it can be challenging, tonight it was a disaster. With 2 large groups in the restaurant valet was overwhelmed, cars abandoned blocking the road, valet personnel could not be found - an unfortunate way to end the evening.

   Dinner was amazing. The Lobster Bisque was one of the best I have had. It was 4 of us and all our entrees were so good. The only problem was the creme brulee, it was cold. All the creme brulee I have had have been warm. This was ice cold. That was my only complaint. I will definitely be back.

   Everything was a mix of amazing and not great. The manager and hosts were great; the server seemed tired and became rude. The food was excellent except for a few items. We enjoy going there and look forward to it, and hopefully, the bad items will be improved.

   TD was our server and he was absolutely GREAT. My wife and I took our friends out for their birthday and TD was the best fit for us. For my friend, I ordered the Old Fashioned because of the cool show/presentation. TD missed nothing as he really gets into the presentation and delivered the full experience. In addition, I highly recommend going there at 4pm because we got to see dolphins, manatees and jumping fish!!! We even saw a dolpin feeding from the window! Chart house continues to deliver on their experience first initiative. For dinner we got the prime rib and seared Tuna. Both were excellent and our son got the chicken tenders. He wasn't a fan of the chicken tenders because the breading was too hard on his new teeth coming in lol. and as always the Molten Lava cake was a hit. I rate Chart House and TD a 10/10. I Highly recommend this place especially if you're looking for something high end and all about the experience.

   We booked a table of 6 for January 1st at 8pm, and were not seated until 8:40pm, with dinner being served 9:40pm, with no apologies. While waiting several tables of 5 were seated before us, and when I asked, they replied "we can only seat parties of 6 at certain tables (made no sense to me), but I waited. When we were finally seated, in a back, smelly, small room, the table was in a tight corner, smaller than the tables of 5 and cramped, looked like a closet. We ordered appetizers, and they were sold out of a few items (not very nice or an apology). The apps barely fit on our small table of 6, therefore, I suggest Management review their seating policy and have tables that actually fit 6 in the main dining room and not an afterthought closet. Our table was cramped with food -- clearly not a table of 6, so very poor planning on the Chart House team. - Our waiter, was fantastic, very attentive and on his game, so a big shout out to him for being so wonderful. The food (for the most part) was good, not great, but could have been for us being seated late and being served even later, so maybe we just got the leftovers. Sadly , this experience gave the Chart house chain a bad reputation and I will NOT be going back. I biggest call out when making your reservation of more than 6 people, request a table NOT IN THE CLOSET.

   Our server Allison was a sweetheart and so nice always checking in and made sure we were good with drinks and our meal she was very kind and I would be happy to have her as my server again 🫶
