   Great location food and service was great. Love dining on the outside patio. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great restaurant.

   Service was absolutely excellent but the food wasn’t as good as normal. My food was lukewarm when it came out. Our drinks were amazing and waitress was incredible just food not as good as it normally is. It was first day patio open so I think they were maybe overwhelmed

   We went here as a small group with reservations to celebrate the first night of my bachelorette. We were quickly taken upstairs and sat at our table. Our server was lovely but she was extremely busy running almost the entire floor by herself and a large party sitting close to us. We ordered drinks and quickly ordered apps and food. It took quite some time to receive our drinks and even longer to receive our apps. When the apps arrived we were missing one and had to remind the server. She was sweet and went back to grab it. Due to how long it took to get the appetizers, the food arrived almost at the same time. This is when things started getting really frustrating. Our food was cold. 3 of us ordered steak and they were cold, mine overcooked but I didn’t mention it. We did tell the server our food was cold but we had plans right after and couldn’t wait for them to remake an entire table of food. They also kept forgetting to bring the sauce that was needed for one of the dishes and included on the menu. The manager came and apologized. He stated he would comp the appetizers. We never asked for him to comp them, but ok. It’s fair. Another round of drinks, another long time to get them and once again, one drink forgotten. By this time we are all getting annoyed and rushing to eat so we can leave. Out of nowhere the server and someone else start loading our table down with deserts. 4 dishes and none of them the 1 dish that was included with the 3 course meal. Yet another item forgotten. Of course we all dig into the desert not thinking anything of it, in the meantime waiting on our check. When it finally arrived we were in disbelief to see that the deserts were added onto the check just to be “comped” yet the lava cake was charged and we never received it. None of the apps were comped as the manager stated he would do. Overall, the experience was not the best way to start our weekend.

   We went for a birthday celebration and had made a reservation. We were promptly seared and given menus that were personalized with the celebrants name, which was a nice touch.y husband ordered a Caesar salad that came in a baked cheese bowl which was delicious. He also ordered a filet, which was done to perfection. I ordered the sea bass with pineapple salsa. It was like butter and melted in your mouth. Our server,Kerryann was charming and very attentive. It was a wonderful dinner and terrific way to celebrate a dinner

   Landry’s have terrible business practices. Long wait times for customers Long wait times for managers trying to resolve issues and their website is not working properly. Chart house, Savannah, Georgia food was great lobster tail was still a little rubbery maybe consider cooking it differently. The manager and the waitress was over the top. They were great. Landry’s is their own enemy.

    Service was extremely slow. Unusually so. The apps were good but the entrees were cold and not fresh tasting. The fish was not blackened and veggies were cold. The restaurant was out of crab, baked potatoes, sea bass. Disappointing to have so many items missing in what is considered not a busy time of the year. We had not eaten at this restaurant in a long time and always knew it to be one of quality. We were sorely disappointed. Not what we have been used to in the past.
