One of the ways we do this is with our monthly producer dinners, where we showcase one of our local partners in a carefully curated 5 course menu that focuses in on their incredible products. We invite them in for the evening to storytell, educate, and connect with diners - offering a unique opportunity to meet the beauties behind the bounty. On Friday, January 10th we’re excited to welcome Nicola and Alan Irving - proud owners of Irvings Farm Fresh in Roundhill, AB. Their Berkshire pork is unparalleled, and Chef Tamara will be using it in all five courses offered throughout the evening. Tickets are $75/person, we hope to see you there!
