   It’s pretty overpriced for what it is. It’s just bar food at Chase Center so they charge 2x what it would be normally. Food was good, not great. You order on your own with a QR code. You’d assume it would be more personal with the prices. Wine bottles crazy overpriced. Good came out fast and service was good.

   The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our cocktails along with the pizza and appetizers. The only problem was seating. We reserved a patio table in advance but when we arrived, our table was not available and they shoehorned us into 2 seats at the very crowded bar.

   Our first time at this spot, somewhat difficult to access at night. One of our party was disabled and could not navigate the stairs. Access yo the elevator was difficult, requires a security escort and waiting time . Pizza was good, especially if you like a chewy crust. The 14” was good for 2, and well priced. The $25.00 shrimp salad had 4 medium size shrimp, nicely cooked ,lots of lettuce, and about half an Avocado.We discussed, if the price was reasonable or high? No hot beverages are sold. We ate indoors, it is a rather small area, (lots of outdoor seating). The noise was very noticeable, the restaurant was not crowded, several empty tables, no design attempt to mitigate sound. If you’re in the area or attending an event, it a good convenient spot.

   Unfortunately, it took over 50 minutes to get one pizza and we were already late for a show. The attention to people at bar is non existent. I normally love their restaurants. It wasn’t that busy. They offered to comp but I never saw a refund. We never got food but had a bottle of wine - which I’d pay for.

   Initially I booked one time and they changed it when I asked for it. That was nice of them. When we arrived the staff took us to table 41 and we sat and he explained that our server would be there to take anything not on the mobile QR code. We immediately ordered and submitted our order on our phone. We ordered the alcohol drinks from the guy who didn’t say was our server but took us to our table and explained the QR code but our server would come by soon. The drinks came, the appetizer came but the pizza didn’t come till we had to flag a staff member down and ask them if they could check on our pizza. It took about 40 minutes to get it from the time we placed our order to the table. The pizza came about 5 minutes after that. My husband was tempted to walk out and cancel the order but I told him we cannot we placed it and be very very patient. I will say the food is good, the pizza I do like. I do like the chicken wings. The drinks are not bad either. Some people might say the prices are steep. I feel like it is hit and miss overall on service. If we didn’t have somewhere to be maybe it would have been okay to wait and order more drinks but 40 minutes is a long time to wait. I assumes our table ticket got lost / bumped in the kitchen. It happens but maybe if our server / staff member checked up on our table it would have be known. I dont like the QR code at the table. It causes alot of issues and no one ever came and said we are your server? is everything okay? Did we miss anything or want to order something not on the mobile menu? Overall it needs more communication from staff to customers.

   Amazing dinner, amazing views and amazing service. We were able to get a last minute reservation before an event at Chase due to the staff being so accommodating. We will return again (even if there isn’t an event). Such a great and fun vibe. Highly recommend!

   With Open Table, not guaranteed a table so we were sat at the bar in the back room. A bit quieter and our bartender was very attentive.

    We are big fans of Che Fico from their Divisidero location and monthly Pasta and Provisions program but this was our first visit to their Chase Center location. The menu is limited to pizza, sandwiches and apps/sides but the food we had lived up to the high standards we've come to expect from Che Fico. The dining experience however did not. We did not appreciate the minimal contact experience of having to place our order and settle our tab thru the Toasttab app. While the space is nicely appointed and the location, with views of the bay, is prime, the lack of anything resembling attentive service did not compensate for us.
