    Such a wonderful overall experience. We frequently dine at Chef Chai especially because my daughter-in-law is gluten intolerant and they are extremely supportive in preparation of their meals. This particular evening what stood out was how wonderful the staff is. When we walked in, the reception was not at the entrance, so the bartender walked over to help us. Throughout the evening, each of the servers helped each other and provided the most wonderful service. Such a nice relaxing evening, and the food was as great as ever.

    Justin and Randy were superb in their attention and service. Justin seated us quickly after a friendly greeting. Randy made great recommendations about the menu and served us quickly and courteously. Extremely attentive to us. Food was deliciously prepared.

    Overall outstanding. Each year for ten years, when we visit Honolulu we first dinner at Chef Chai. The crispy fish is the best ever. Service is always impeccable. We will continue to dive here on every visit.

    Friends and I were there for the wine pairing dinner. Everything was great. Good food and wine. This time it was a bit livelier than other times. Maybe it was due to the New Year and people were getting together. But always a nice time. Thank you!

    What a wonderful evening with Chef Chai and Robert Cazimero! The food was exceptional and an awesome value, with the added magic of Mr. Cazimero on piano and his beautiful dancers. Definitely recommend this experience. Mahalo, will be back again!

    Service was a disappointment. Waiter or staff never asked how the food was and only came around when our plates were empty. Wanted to order a glass of wine with my entree but I was almost done with my food when someone came around. Food was good, but overall experience left a bad taste.

    以前から訪ねたかった念願のレストラン。早い時間にもかかわらず、すぐに席はすぐに一杯になり、ホノルルで30年以上トップのレストランであり続ける同店の人気の高さを実感しました。 味はもちろん、雰囲気やスタッフの皆さんも素晴らしく、楽しく食事をさせて頂きました。 多分、旅行者は私たちだけだったと思います。回りは地元の方のようで、非日常の世界にどっぷりと浸かり大満足でした。 また、たまたまChaiさんご本人をお見かけしたのもラッキーでした。またいつかホノルルを訪れる際は再度予約させて頂きます。 今回は楽しい時間と食事をありがとうございました。
