   We have eaten at Ka’Ana Kitchen many times over the years, but this was our first experience doing the Chef’s Table. The two of us had a seat right at the end of the main counter where we had clear views of the Grill Chef, who blew us away with his organization & preparations, & we had a birds-eye view of the finishing counter where we sat overlooking every dish that came out of the various stations - plus, we caught a head-on sunset. The entire staff catered to us & many in the Chef’s circle engaged with us - it was super fun! AND the FOOD was GREAT!!

   What a magical experience. Expensive but worth every penny. John, our waiter was fantastic. Do this dining experience. Best on Maui.

   This is our 4th or 5th visit to the Chef’s Table experience. The food was wonderful and appropriately spaced out. The wine pairing was great. The staff is always great. We come every year when we’re on Maui.

   We loved celebrating our anniversary at the chef’s table! The tasting menu was DELICIOUS and the wine pairings were perfect! It was a special meal made even more special by fabulous service!!!!

   I highly recommend the Chef’s Table experience! A great mix of innovative and more traditional flavors for a well-rounded tasting menu. The pacing of the courses was perfect. We were never too hungry or too rushed. The whole experience lasted about 3 hours, complete with a commemorative photo and thank you card. They were also able to knowledgeably accommodate my dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, which gave me peace of mind along with pregnancy-friendly dishes. I will certainly come again next time I travel to Wailea.

   Chef’s table is a must do if you are planning. To eat at Ka’Ana and a foodie! The dishes were delicious and very filling. Everything was well thought out on our culinary journey from the pairing of the wines to each dish and being able to sample so many dishes. The chefs were incredible and socialized with us along the way which made the experience so enjoyable learning about their craft and love for food. Would certainly do this experience again!

   We had a fantastic experience at the chefs table! The food and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend for great food and a fun experience! We had some dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, and they were awesome at accommodating easily!

    The Chef’s Table was easily me and my husband’s favorite experience on the island. The food was fantastic and the entire service was excellent, and the staff welcoming and informative. It was my birthday and the front of house manager Mike made us feel like the only ones in the restaurant and gave us great tips for things to check out on the island. Easily the highlight of our trip.
