Our experience here was exceptional. The service was top notch. We were seated with a great view of the Belagio Fountains. We really enjoyed our food and plan to return soon.

Their system is not connected to OpenTable. So the reservations we made through OpenTable were not there when we got there, but they were able to seat us. The view is beautiful, if you have a table near the edge. The aesthetic was nice. The steak frites was overcooked and chewy. The strawberry Nutella crepe was terrible - the crepe was hard. We ordered cocktails not from their drink menu those were good. Recommendation: go have a drink for the view (if you can get a table by the edge)

I made a reservation for Sunday and turns out they are closed on Sundays. Also, they couldn’t find my reservation because they do not use OpenTable.

I think with this being the last of the events since they are going to close down to remodel it was interesting. We had a decent spot to see the strip and the fireworks for 4th of July. It was very vibrant and a lot was going on. There was a good live performer. Only issue was they couldn't make most of our drinks we asked for. We don't blame the server as she was only serving and was not in charge of the bar. She tried really hard and was so apologetic it took to get service. We understood and noticed they seemed short staffed. Overall it was fun to experience and I am intrigued to see what it will be like once the remodel is completed.

They do not offer food. I didn't realize that when I made the reservation. The service was ok. I would have probably had better service if I was 1) younger and 2) in a larger group.

We had a reservation for our Anniversary. Showed up to be told there was a private event and they wouldn't honor our reservation. Totally unacceptable. Typical Caesars customer service.
