   Front door waitress was very rude. Very unwelcoming. We left immediately after that experience without ordering anything.

   It was a beautiful view. Our waiter Maurice was amazing. It has lemon trees around and has a vibe that reminds me of Sorrento Italy. The only bummer was it was really cold and they didn’t have enough blankets for the guests. The food was mediocre at best. The burger was supposed to be medium rare and it ended up being well done, the sausage was kinda cold and hard and for the price of drinks you didn’t really get a lot for the espresso martini. It took like two sips and it was gone. Otherwise, service and ambiance amazing.

   el lugar es abierto y por el clima se sentía frio, creo que deberían decir que es un lugar abierto; el servicio mal, todo demoró más de lo aceptable; la comida regular, pedimos un pollo al Dijon, pensé que estaría intenso el sabor, pero además de lo intenso, muy salado y conste que me gusta la comida salada de regular a mal

   Overall very satisfied. I think the customer service could be improved, since waiting for certain items (like utensils, plates, etc.) where had to be asked for and took a while to get to us. Understanding it is a very busy place. The food was amazing on the other end!

    The ambiance, food, and beverages were exceptional, providing a wonderful dining experience. However, the service did not meet the same standard. Upon arrival, there was a delay of about 20 minutes before our waitress acknowledged our presence. Interactions with our server were infrequent, occurring roughly every 25 minutes. We encountered challenges in obtaining basic necessities such as silverware, condiments, water, and a blanket, despite multiple requests. Regrettably, these items were not provided during our meal, not even a single water refill. But luckily, we sourced utensils from an unoccupied table. While the food and setting were commendable, the service experience detracted from the overall enjoyment. I hope this feedback assists in enhancing future guest experiences.
