CHICA Las Vegas, an innovative concept from John Kunkel’s 50 Eggs Hospitality Group takes guests through a culinary journey of Latin flavor. Latin Fusion cuisine is Chef Garcia’s forte.     We had a lot of fun at chica for New Year’s Eve. Music was great. Our server was wonderful and didn’t rush us. Food was good. Great value for a family of 5 for New Year’s Eve. I appreciated that they didn’t have minimum per person, as most other restaurants did.

    CHICA was amazing! We came here for dinner and the food was all delicious. We couldnt decide which dish was better because they were all so yummy. We got the wagyu tartare, the short rib which was pulling apart, the ribeye and street corn and brussel sprouts as sides. Everything everything delicious, service was excellent, very good value for your money!
