Sam made my husband’s birthday celebration absolutely perfect. He was attentive with just the right amount of check ins. Anything we asked for or about, if he didn’t know (1 request based off my personal preference which he wouldn’t have known) he found out happily or he just simply had all the answers. Extremely, extremely kind! Thank you!!

Terrible experience. Too noisy and too busy. The service was terrible despite people just standing around. Staff was dismissive and rude at the front. Left after appetizers as they hadn’t taken our entree order yet.

$40 listed for the parking garage. Attendant asked if I was parking for a concert. I said I had reservations for Chico-Malo. He said it’s FREE!!! The host was welcoming and the seating perfect. Their version of an Old Fashion was excellent. The Open Table menu was outdated. Food as good. A lot of venues in the area to meet and greet. Will be sliding through again.

Fantastic experience! Took my wife and two friends from out-of-town for dinner on Saturday night. Adam (server) was very helpful with recommendations. Ordered the Chicharron de Ribeye (delicious, should have ordered two of these), Trio (chips/salsa and guacamole), and the Queso Fundido. We split the Barbacoa and Enchilada entrees, both were outstanding. Sides of Elote and the Chorizo Mashed Potatoes had great flavor and I was happy to take home the leftovers (I might even share them).
