   My wife and I were celebrating 37 years of marriage and this place was the perfect choice. We had the full experience (RODIZIO and Gourmet Salad Bar) which is definitely the way to go. So many choices on the gourmet salad bar and everything was super fresh and delicious. They keep replenishing everything and there is so much to choose from. All the meats were perfectly cooked and served according to your preferences. My favorite are the Beef Ribs, the Cajun Ribeye, and the house special Pichania. The service was exceptional from all of the staff but especially from our head server Ehab who made sure we got plenty of all of our favorite things and that our glasses were always full.

   A Fantastic Dining Experience with a Few Minor Drawbacks Chima Steakhouse is a must-visit for anyone who loves high-quality food and a great ambiance. The location is fantastic, making it a perfect spot for a special night out. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every cut of meat was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and the variety was impressive. Pair that with their amazing wine selection, and you have a meal to remember. Whether you’re a fan of bold reds or crisp whites, there’s something for every palate. The only slight downside was the noise level—it can get a bit loud, especially during peak hours. Also, while the servers were excellent, a couple of the food runners came across as a little rude. Nothing major, but worth noting. Overall, though, the incredible food and wine more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a top-tier Brazilian steakhouse experience, Chima is definitely worth a visit!

   It was family time. Perfect as always. Excellent choices at salad bar. Meat and poultry nicely cooked-juicy and delicious. Pleased with experience.

   The food and service were outstanding. We were asked on several occasions if we needed anything or how was everything. Our waitress was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was my fourth time eating at Chima. Each time has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Absolutely love every time I come here. As I was sitting with my wife, enjoying eating all the different food, I kept singing “So this is love” by Mike Douglas. I even proclaimed eating at this restaurant is my happy place.

    The location was off the beaten path, so there was little vehicular traffic as we approached the entrance. The staff was excellent, sourcing a table for us despite being almost an hour earlier than our reservation. Our server, Andrea Lisbeth, patiently explained how everything was done while providing plenty of opportunities for cocktail and appetizer orders. The food and drinks were spectacular, with an outstanding salad bar and a never ending procession of perfectly grilled meats of all kinds on skewers. Andrea made sure we were happy with our experience, and we will definitely return to try out the dessert menu, since we left ourselves no room. Definitely a great dinner spot; thanks, Andrea Lisbeth!
