   The food at Chima was wonderful. My issue is with our server Hugo. He was non existent for most of our dinner. We asked for regular water and when we received our bill, we were charged $51 for WATER. When I asked him to verify that he was charging us $51 for water, he replied, “yeah”, with a nasty little smirk on his face. It’s a nice restaurant and the food is great. I know, walking in through the door that will be paying more and I expect to do so. If you are going to charge me $51 for water, please let me know in advance, especially when I asked for regular water. Simply shameful.

   Chima restaurant Management is reckless, irresponsible and careless. No one should eat at this restaurant! They frequently damage people attire with grease as stated by the Manager Alan Akamine, they do not do anything about it. They tell you they will call and they dont. The do NOT care about the clients at all. There are better Brazilian Steakhouse options that will not give you a bad experience and hanging with a dry cleaners bills. Do NOT go there. It is overpriced and not so high quality.

   we have gone to Chima many times but Christmas day food was not hot it was cold and we literally had to ask for the servers to come with the meats, for the price one would expect better service and quality very disappointed

   Vanessa was a wonderful server. Friendly and attentive. The gauchos were also great. They figured out our favorites and just kept coming. The food was all hot and delicious. Unlike some other Brazilian steakhouses, there was lots of medium rare red meat available, which was fantastic. We will be back.
