The food is fantastic. Fresh, flavorful and different. Cholon is a culinary experience. The casual atmosphere and great waitstaff made this a great birthday celebration.

Always delicious! Perfect menu for sharing with the whole table and trying so many different flavors. Contrary to what the waitress may tell you, no need to order 2-3 dishes per person. We had 3 people and ordered 1 item from each section and had way too much food! But worth it and nice to have leftovers. Love the ambience and vibe of the Sloans’ location.

This was an awesome 40th birthday celebration for my partner. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were great. I’m looking forward to going back for date night or the next special occasion.

The pork in the dumplings was so raw it wasn’t edible. The outside was seared nicely but the inside was entirely raw pork it was even cool to the touch. I have eaten here a thousand times and never had this experience.

Wow, if only the service was as good as their food! Horrible service due to a large party, and the manager just sat at the bar and was on her phone the whole time. Orders were missed and servers were overwhelmed. The manager on duty was rude and condescending when asked for assistance. Should be fired!

Our initial waitress was borderline rude and almost aloof and bothered by servicing our table. We found an old drink menu that had cheaper drinks than happy hour in the menu book and she tore it out and let us know it was not for us. We were trying to order multiple appetizers but she would not stop at the table to help us. Finally another waitress stepped in and let us know she was taking the table. Service from then on was excellent. I don’t think I will go back.
