   The welcoming at reception, the waiter, the food, the timeliness of receiving our meal, the ambience .... all perfect! Will be back, highly recommended.

   Server was very friendly but we waited a long time for drinks . Dishes and glassware were not cleared and the table was jammed . I know it’s a newer restaurant and seemed sever was junior (couldn’t get wine bottle open and she poured about 3 oz for tasting). She was trying hard but more support was needed. Sadly I think she was training someone! Will return to give it another try but if same service issues will be hard to justify giving a third shot

   Second dinner here in a week. The food is still outstanding, service friendly and attentive. Tonight we had an outstanding Caesar salad and began to notice the non-meat dishes on the menu. There's something for everyone here.

   What a spectacular place! An elegant steak house with a casual flair. The best PEI oysters ever. Seductive appetizers. Perfect steaks but excellent fish and chicken alternatives. Happy, friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. Great variety of wines and cocktails. Very reasonable pricing. Comfortable booths and tables and fresh but subtle decor. It's attached to Toronto's main Hilton hotel, so Hilton patrons needn't even go outside to get to the restaurant. This ranks at the top with any steak house I have ever dined it. Being in Toronto's financial district, maybe they realize that their standards have to be especially high. They have succeeded. I hope to be back.

   Great night at Chop! Ambiance amazing and food was great! We shared a board with a selection of steaks, veggies, mashed and all were great! Lobster Mac and cheese was the best ever! Nadine, our waitress for the night, was amazing... attentive, full of energy and very friendly , she certainly made the experience most memorable!! We will be back!

    Our first experience at CHOP was excellent. Our server Alana was super friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of time to kill so she did not rush us at all. Food was perfect. We had crab cakes. French onion soup. Steak and prime rib ( both were cooked perfect 👌🏼) and the mini dessert tray 😋😋 will definitely return.
