    I went to one of the live music nights recently. Although there was a good atmosphere personally I found the music was far too loud I was unable to talk and even found myself having to shout to be heard. The food was mediocre and the service was the same. This is usually a lovely venue with great service and food so I put this particular change down to the fact that it was an extremely busy night being Christmas.

    Ciao Italia is a great restaurant in Banstead. The atmosphere, food, and service is always of a high standard. The menu is always comprehensive with lots of Italian favourites. The staff are very efficient and friendly. They have all served in this restaurant for many years. This family run restaurant is the gem of the High Street.

    We are returning customers and this place has NEVER disappointed us. The food is good. The portions are generous and above all the staff are superb. Keep up the good work.

    4 of us were in for Sunday lunch - food good as always and staff attentive. Tiramisu worth a special mention - delicious! Value for money in a local busy restaurant that always has a good atmosphere

    This was a Xmas meal with my closest friends. The meals we ordered were pizza and they were uncooked. There was no music. The menu implied there would be live music but were inaccurate. A salad cost £18!! Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement.

    A very enjoyable evening. The food was excellent and service good, especially as it was very busy, being Christmas. With this in mind the noise level was bearable but again it is to be expected at this time of year. Always enjoy our meals there. The staff are superb.

    The food was delicious, and the portion size was generous. I ate from the festive menu and it was full of flavour. I will definitely return.

    Welcomed in and sat at table, we then had to wait 20 min. to order. Food was bland and overpriced. Not enough staff. Waiters were visibly stressed which impacted on the atmosphere. Won't use this restaurant again unfortunately.
