We were seated close to door which was kept open and made our experience quite bad. Our pizza's arrived and stayed warm for about a few minutes. We asked to close the door, other diners were also freezing. They told us they couldn't because of where the oven was situated. But then why did they seat us knowing this was an issue. They were able to move the other table somewhere else. The experience was poor and the manager was quite rude. He was wearing a jacket the whole time working inside the restaurant, clearing freezing as well.
