   Great food, love the buffet! Great staff and clean restaurant. Just wish we could have gone up to a higher level to see the view of the Capitol after eating

   This was the first time I tried out CIRC. It was a pleasure. The food, service and prices were better than I had expected. It was bright and clean. The tables were placed to give privacy to each group. I loved it.

   Very Disappointed. Had brunch reservations for 11am on a Sunday. We were told upon arrival that only the breakfast buffet was available. We were told no menu service was available although brunch and lunch menu is shown online from 11-2. We would have left but had limited time to find another restaurant. After our meal and as we were leaving, other diners were ordering off the menu and being served lunch offerings.

   CIRC was a comfortable dining experience. The price is reasonable for a buffet brunch. Items included: biscuits and gravy, real scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, smoked salmon, various pastries, and fresh fruit. It was a nice variety. We were seated quickly and greeted immediately. Our bar order took a long time, but we were able to immediately access the buffet. The food was fresh and tasty. Not the most luxurious buffet I've ever seen, but enough to feel satisfied. The atmosphere is casual dining.

   Food was good was good but unoriginal. Too loud and bad service while we were only 1 of two tables. It is a felt like a hotel cafeteria . I will not return.

   The eggs Benedict were so good. I wish the potatoes were a little bit crispier but the whole meal was all around fantastic.

    BEST salad bar EVER for a very reasonable price! This truly was a "gem" for a dining experience because of the friendly service, exceptionally fresh and tasty (excellent variety) of food offered for the salad bar, great location, on-site parking (for free) and chic decor with a warm ambience.
