   This was our first time at Ciron and I have to say, the food was outstanding. Everyone in our party of eight had a delicious meal. We were seated inside and had 630 reservations. I have to say, it was very loud and for a good 30 minutes, we couldn’t hear each other speak. But as people left, it got quieter. Our waitress, however, was not what you would expect at a restaurant like this. She took drink orders in piecemeal, took appetizer orders before the drink orders were finished, and made four separate errors on our check. It took a good 15 minutes when we were ready to leave, to get a correct check. It was either her first day or she’s just not suited for the job. We’ll be back because we’d like to give the restaurant a second chance and because the food was so terrific . But the experience is just as important as the food. So fingers crossed.

   We order a mussel appetizer to share it was delivered to the table behind us. This owner apologized but by then we had waited 45 minutes. Therefore our mussels came our main courses were delivered. So we cancelled the mussels. I have no idea if they would have been good. My dinner was dry chicken on a bone with a delious cream artichoke and mushroom sauce. However it was only look warm. My sisters crab cake was very good. Sadly I cannot recommend this restaurant

   Hi Katherine, it saddens me to hear your experience makes you feel like you wouldn't recommend us, you both were so lovely and understanding when we spoke throughout your meal! We wish you shared your feedback about your chicken dish so we could've corrected it immediately, as I know your server and I were very involved with your table due to the mussels mishap with our new food runner. There is always a bit of a learning curve as we introduce new employees during busy season but we sincerely apologize that everything was not flawless as everyone would've hoped.    What an excellent find. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly upon arrival. Server and supporting staff VERY attentive and friendly. Food was excellent... cooked properly, served hot and very tasty. HIGHLY recommend trying. I will definitely be back.

   Very disappointed as I was looking forward to visiting this relatively new restaurant. Planned on ordering the kapashio and when we got there I was told they did not have it available. The menu is extremely limited with very general choices providing a very poor selection. We ordered the conch fritters which had to be returned because they were burnt, the crab cake was good but not great. Definitely will not be revisiting

   Hello Linda, I'm so sorry to hear you were disappointed on your visit and unable to enjoy the Carpaccio. Occasionally, for various reason we sell out of an item or have an item unavailable. It's a rarity but it happens.. I'm sorry you were looking forward to that, it IS delicious! The conch fritters do come out with a dark brown color naturally but we understand if that's not your preference. We hope you'll give us another try as there are plenty of other wonderful items on our menu and our staff are wonderful! We always hope to give a great first impression and would love the opportunity to change your mind.    It took 15 minutes to order a drink. That is unacceptable. Nothing worse than having to ask 3 times for a server to order a drink. Cocktails and dinner were very good.
