   Met a friend in the late afternoon, mostly for a few drinks and an appetizer. Love that we could take our time without any pressure to order. Service was outstanding. City Works continues to be a big favorite!

   Wonderful spot for a team lunch! Noise level was low and we could converse and have a nice lunch together. Food was quick to our table and everything was outstanding - hot, fresh, and flavorful. Our server Susan was excellent - she knew the menu very well and was able to suggest entrees that everyone enjoyed.

   Food was excellent / great-tasting but there was a disconnect on service- maybe it was just the time we got in on Sunday brunch. If the appetizer comes out about 25 mins after you ordered then there's something wrong somewhere. But kudos to the other server from the different section as she was readily jumping in to help out - that's still great teamwork!

   When is a burger more than a burger? When it's at City Works! Cooked to perfection at medium. Side salad was delish. Had the cranberry mojito - highly recommend. Service from Maria was outstanding. It's all why City Works is a favorite for us!

   What makes an extra enjoyable experience ... great service elevates everything. Kinga and Sheryl out did themselves to make our birthday fun. Their dinner suggestions for us were great. We were even treated to a candle lit, singing Happy Birthday dessert. Expect a wait without reservations on the weekend but there is usually lots of parking.

   Enjoyed a great meal, while enjoying the NCAA mens Basketball tournament on the multiple screens. Great time.

   We came to the bar with friends to watch the Kentucky game. Our service was awful. Our waiter was Ruebe. He took forever to bring drinks. One round of drinks he forgot about. He never asked if we wanted water. We started out with apps and never got to order dinner because he never came back to our table. Over all a very disappointing dining experience!

   We are return customers. We think the food is great. The booths are comfortable and the atmosphere is lively. If you like sports, there are TVs everywhere where you can watch.

    Hostess was quite rude and that being the first interraction at the restaurant somewhat set the mood for the rest of the visit. We asked if we could sit at the table by the window and she rudely responded that those have been reserved, yet there was no signs posted nor was seating by the window reservation option available upon us reserving the table initially. In the past it was clarified to me those were on first come first serve basis if no parties were seated at the time. We ordered loaded fries that was blant, undercooked, and brisket being one of the ingredients , was nowhere to be found on the plate. Savior of the visit was your wonderful, amazing server. I believe her name was Shirley. She was very sweet, accommodating, answered all the questions, double checked if she was not sure. She came around our table often ensuring we were oky and if we needed anything else. She offered to bring us a taste of specific beer we inquired and chatted with us, even though it was busy. Beers we did order were delicious and we enjoyed the large selection and ability to build our own flight. Overall, there are slim chances of us returning, and if we did , it would solely be due to Shirley.
