   Have eating here serval times before shows at the Capital and has always been excellent. Last night we got caught up in their overbooking practice. 6:30 reservation then stood there looking at the hostess stand for 30 minutes. Eventually gave up and went over to the Capital because they had pizza over there. Just be honest with us. Please don’t make us stand there for 30 minutes if there are no tables. I would suggest avoiding Clear Sky on show nights which would include The Capital and the Sound.

   Great old downtown building, the owners carried that ambiance into the restaurant bar. Nice! Menu has wide array of choices. The encrusted grouper with light lemon sauce, jasmine rice and veggies phenomenal yum each bite! Meatloaf dinner and seafood grill equally amazing. All dinners included mixed veggies, everyone commented how great it was as well. Perfect martinis and cocktails. Priced like everywhere in area. Can’t remember servers name🧐 service superlative through out! Capital theater just steps away

   We were a party of 7. Two of us had plum flatbread. It was great. Two of us ha Caesar lobster salad. They were disappointed. They said it was tasteless. Another had fried chicken sandwich. She did not love it. My husband had oysters. Very good. Had fire cracker roll and thought that was good. Happy hour wine was very good.

   Food was great, service was fantastic (very quick, friendly, courteous, & welcoming). Prices are reasonable. The restaurant was very busy (probably because it’s so great) so a little loud. Despite being so busy, service was stellar.
